Is the Hotel at Arundel Preserve open during coronavirus?

Yes, we are open! Throughout the current coronavirus pandemic, Southern has expanded our commitment to safety and well-being by thoughtfully creating a company-wide program, called Ever Strong. The Ever Strong program encompasses important enhancements we’ve made in our operations and changes to services to meet the new health and safety challenges.

Is the Hotel at Arundel Preserve pool open during COVID-19?

Yes, our pool is open from 12:00 pm (noon) to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 8:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Due to local guidelines, capacity is limited to ten (10) people at a time or one family approved by management, if family exceeds the ten (10)-person limit. Reservations are required and can be made upon check-in to the hotel. Only hotel guests are allowed in the pool, no outside guests and no parties or events are allowed in the pool area. Is the Hotel at Arundel Preserve gym\Fitness Center open during COVID-19?

Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours/day with capacity limited to six (6) people at a time. Physical distancing modifications and a stringent cleanliness program are in place, we are ready for your next workout.

Should you stay in an AirBnB or a hotel during COVID-19?

Hotels have very detailed cleaning and sanitization requirements. The Hotel at Arundel Preserve has a new program called Ever Strong, outlining our commitment to every area of a healthy and safe guest journey at our properties. It includes COVID-19 safety training and sanitation protocols. AirBnB hosts are not required to follow any guidelines to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Does the Hotel at Arundel Preserve have contactless check in?

We have very low touch check-in and contactless check-out processes in place. While keys are still required, they are sanitized before every use and the hotel lobby and reception area have been modified for physical distancing and Plexiglas installed for guest and team member safety.

What is the Hotel’s ADA Policy?

Is Alcohol Available?

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older. Valid identification must be presented when purchasing.

What is the Minimum Age to Book a Hotel Room?

Must be 21 years or older to check in. Valid picture ID required upon check-in.

What is the Hotel’s Occupancy Policy?

An extra person charge of $10.00 per person will apply if there are more than 2 adults (18 years or older) in the guest room. Rollaway beds are not permitted in guest rooms with two queen beds. There is a $15.00 fee per night for rollaway beds placed in guest rooms.

Is Parking Available?

We offer complimentary self-parking in an adjacent covered garage.

What is the Hotel’s Payment Policy?

All guests must present a valid credit card or debit card as guaranteed method of payment upon arrival. Cash is not accepted at check-in. The credit/debit card presented will be authorized for the total amount of the guest’s stay plus an additional $50.00 per night for incidental charges. Nothing is charged to the credit/debit card until check-out. At check-out, the credit/debit card will be charged or the guest may pay cash for charges incurred. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The Hotel Arundel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Is the Hotel Pet-Friendly?

Hotel Arundel participates in the Southern PAWs (Pets Are Welcome) program. At this time, dogs are permitted up to 100 lb. with a maximum of two dogs per room. A non-refundable $75 pet fee will be charged (per stay). A waiver will be required at check-in and you will receive your PAWs welcome kit. To learn more visit our PAWs page. Is Smoking Allowed?

The Hotel Arundel is 100% smoke free. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building. A $250 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside The Hotel.
