Simplicity and old world charm come together to inspire Vivo Italian Kitchen. Taking inspiration from the Tuscany region of Italy, the menu features rustic Italian cuisine created with seasonal ingredients. There are plenty of classic dishes, as well as a few reimagined ones such as Charlie’s Chicken: a brick-oven fired, on the bone chicken dressed with a balsamic red wine reduction, and topped off with San Marzano plum tomatoes. Of course, Italian cuisine is best when served with a beautiful glass of wine – Vivo offers over 20 wines by the glass and a wide selection of bottled wines founded in Italy and the United States. At Vivo, we want you to come for the food, but stay for the wine and good conversation.
