Even with 2 weddings and staying on a designated pet-friendly floor, we did not hear anything from our room and had a most comfortable stay.. We will 100% consider staying again in the future. We checked in at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve. It was a GREAT experience. The location to shopping and restaurants is excellent, and both on-site restaurants were great. Also, our room was clean, attractively decorated, and the customer service was refreshing.
The Hotel is lovely and the pet friendly amenities are wonderful. I loved the bark and stay package. It covered the pet fee and a late checkout! My dog even received a welcome gift. The staff was so friendly. I can’t say enough. I will absolutely come back and stay here again.
My stay here was fantastic. The hotel staff was very professional, polite and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The plus was the two restaurants in the hotel and one across the street. My only regret is .. I only stayed one night. I will be coming back, but next time it will be for a longer stay and to relax.
