The hotel can provide baby cribs and rollaway beds (fee may apply – limited supply). We also have a supply of often forgotten travel necessities such as shampoo, disposable razors and more. Please contact our Front Desk by dialing “0” on your phone or calling 410-796-9830.

An ATM machine is conveniently located on the lobby level next to the hotel pantry across from the exercise room.
Banquets and Catering
The hotel offers 10,000 square feet of excellent banquet, event and conference facilities for small meetings up to elegant weddings. Please contact our sales and catering team for more information at 410-796-9838.
Basic copy and package services are available at the hotel’s front desk. A Staples is located less than a mile from the hotel with full business services including copy, shredding, packaging and document creation.
Check-out time is 11:00am. A limited number of late check-out requests may be accommodated per day based on availability (fee may apply).
Due to the current COVID-19 response, coffee and tea service in the lobby has been temporarily suspended. We will update this directory once service has been restored.

Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the front desk. We have a limited number of cribs available and they will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
Dry Cleaning and Laundry
For your convenience, a laundry bag and dry cleaning list are provided in each room. There is no laundry service on the weekends or holidays. Pick up is Mondays and Wednesdays and drop off is Wednesday and Friday. Same day service is based on availability. We also have coin-operated laundry facilities on the 6th floor. We request that guests do not leave laundry unattended as the Hotel is not responsible for lost items.
Emergency Services can be reached in one of two ways:
- Push the Emergency button on your phone which will connect you immediately to the front desk
- Dial 9+911 for outside emergency services. If you do contact 911, please also notify the front desk so that we can provide additional assistance and properly direct emergency assistance to your room
Our exercise room is fully equipped with the latest workout machines for your fitness needs. The exercise room is located on the lobby level near the front desk. The exercise room is operating under occupancy and physical distancing
The hotel is fully equipped with modern fire prevention devices. For your additional safety, please familiarize yourself with the fire alarm locations, exit routes and the fire safety guides. This information is posted on the back of your guest room door.
Daily housekeeping service has been modified due to our COVID-19 response plan. Should you have requests for additional towels or specialty items, please contact our front desk for assistance.
Ice and Vending
Our ice and vending machines are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.
The hotel has complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the property. Please contact the front desk if you have any issue connecting.
Should you lose your key card, please notify the front desk immediately so that your lock may be re-encoded. Please return your key card to the front desk or leave in your room upon checkout. A government issued ID is required for any keys to be issued for a room. Also, keys will not be issued to anyone whose name is not formally listed as a guest in the room.
Lost and Found
Mail and messages received at the hotel may be collected by either calling or stopping by the front desk. Voice mail messages left on your room telephone can be retrieved by pressing the blinking button on your phone and following the voice prompts.
The pantry is located in the lobby adjacent to the front desk. The hotel offers a variety of goods including snacks, gifts and healthcare products for sale which can be charged to your room. Pantry Liquor is only available from 6am until 2am.
Complimentary parking is available for all registered hotel guests in the adjacent parking garage. Hotel parking starts on the 2nd floor. The hotel is not responsible for and loss or damage to your vehicle while parked at the hotel in the garage or on adjacent surface spaces.
The hotel participates in the Southern Management PAWs (Pets Are Welcome) program. Up to two (2) dogs under 100lbs each may be in guest rooms. There is a waiver required along with a $75 pet fee, per stay, per room. More information can be found on our PAWs page including local services, trails and pet friendly restaurants.

George Martin’s, Grillfire
Grillfire, is located on the lobby level. Current hours are:
Monday – Closed
Tuesday & Thursday – 4pm – 8pm
Friday – 4pm – 9pm
Saturday – 11am – 2pm & 3pm – 9pm
Sunday – 11am – 2pm & 3pm – 8pm
The hotel has a limited number of rollaway beds and they are available for a nightly fee of $15. Beds are available on a first come, first served bases. Rollaway beds are only permitted in our king rooms due to fire code restrictions. Please contact the front desk if you would like a rollaway for your room.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions in place at the hotel, room service has been suspended. We will bring back a modified service in the near future.
Please do not leave money or valuables in your room. Under State law the hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of articles in your guest room. For security and convenience, each room is equipped with an electronic personal safe. Please follow the instructions on the safe for proper operation.

Due to State and local restrictions, in-room spa services are unavailable at this time.
Our pool is open from 12:00 pm (noon) to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 8:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Due to local guidelines, capacity is limited to fifteen (15) people at a time or one family approved by management, if family exceeds the fifteen (15)-person limit. Reservations are required and can be made upon check-in to the hotel. Only hotel guests are allowed in the pool, no outside guests and no parties or events are allowed in the pool area. Reservations for pool time are for one-hour. Additional details are available from the Hotel Front Desk.
