  1. Is the Hotel at Arundel Preserve open during coronavirus?

Yes, we are open! Throughout the current coronavirus pandemic, Southern has expanded our commitment to safety and well-being by thoughtfully creating a company-wide program, called Ever Strong. The Ever Strong program encompasses important enhancements we’ve made in our operations and changes to services to meet the new health and safety challenges.


  1. Is the Hotel at Arundel Preserve pool open during COVID-19?

Yes, our pool is open from 12:00 pm (noon) to 8:30 pm daily. Due to local guidelines, capacity is limited to five (5) people at a time or one family. Reservations are required and can be made upon check-in to the hotel. Only hotel guests are allowed in the pool, no outside guests and no parties or events are allowed in the pool area. Reservations for pool time are for one-hour. Additional details are available from the Hotel Front Desk.


  1. Is the Hotel at Arundel Preserve gym\Fitness Center open during COVID-19?

Our Fitness Center will open soon with occupancy restrictions, physical distancing modifications and a stringent cleanliness program in place, we are ready for your next workout.


  1. Are the Hotel at Arundel Preserve beds safe during COVID-19?

Absolutely! Our stringent, cleaning and sanitizing standards have earned us the 2020 AAA Best of Housekeeping Award. Enhanced protocols in our Ever Strong program, keep rooms unoccupied for 48-hours after checkout, when possible. All linens and towels are replaced with clean, sanitized items prior to a new guest’s arrival.


  1. Should you stay in an AirBnB or a hotel during COVID-19?

Hotels have very detailed cleaning and sanitization requirements. The Hotel at Arundel Preserve has a new program called Ever Strong, outlining our commitment to every area of a healthy and safe guest journey at our properties. It includes COVID-19 safety training and sanitation protocols. AirBnB hosts are not required to follow any guidelines to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.


  1. Does the Hotel at Arundel Preserve have contactless check in?

We have very low touch check-in and contactless check-out processes in place. While keys are still required, they are sanitized before every use and the hotel lobby and reception area have been modified for physical distancing and Plexiglas installed for guest and team member safety.


  1. Are reservations cancellable during COVID-19?

Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 24-hours prior to arrival without penalty. Flexibility is essential in hospitality and our goal is to ensure we are available when you need us. We understand plans change and we are ready to host you when you are ready to travel!
